Ya I know we have all heard about all the outsourcing going on, from politicians, to new TV shows.. and the list goes on and on...some is very useful *******BUT*******
What about all the internal sourcing we have at our fingertips, (in-house) and did I mention its FREEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
If you watched a TV ad or listened to the radio, at the end of all commercials follows with a message to interact with you Via Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc…. most phone or techi devices have a way to upload directly to those sites..
boils down to this,, You have to be creative and tap into your own genius ….
Basically in order to sell your SHIT,
you need to stand out..
1. Have people you know talk about what you have via a post pic, video, etc..
2. If you open a new Restaurant, dont just say come in, describe your favorite dessert, or main dish, appeal to people
3. have your entire staff on the same page with you on marketing insource style.. have them add their own twist and post a 30 second on their own accounts….
best way to stand out is have other people talk about you to other people.. and let it spread virally
Don’t just go and sell.. here is what I have BLAH BLAH BLAH… great !!
Now interact with people ask a ?? get some response, make them laugh, make feel something. EX/ Do you like the upstairs window style of that house??? would you want look inside if you new it was haunted LOL? take 30 seconds and YouTube a go-kart ride with you and your kids, and ask would like the freedom on a Monday to do this rather then this and post a pic of Traffic\

Silent but Deadly!
ahhh 6yr old humor… never gets old. How a about the real title, “Quiet and very effective” imagine a marketing system that you already have in play. A system not being used to its full potential.
WHY NOT???……………. because it’s almost too easy, so we over look it.
I’m guessing that 99.99% of you have a Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, YouTube, etc… and the list goes on.. and on…. but are you wasting your time, or wasting potential buyers because of how you use these sites.
Here’s is Why change is GOOD.
If you are in an office, invite people to your newly remodeled place. any change. ANY CHANGE, that you can be descriptive about, will draw people to you.. Example You are in the real estate industry, describe the new fun energetic team you are fortunate to be around. (Offer).. mention the experts and the type of info they will be able to get for FREE while they get to eat and unwind after work…. without making it a Clinic. (offer light apps and some waters). If you are in an office type setting, usually bringing them through the door is the biggest challenge. ADD VALUE, ADD VALUE, ADD VALUE …… Get with a local restaurant, see if they will provide Apps. Showcase their (specialty food item) in description on your social media. make it short, light and fun!
So lets say you have 1200 friends, you plan 2 weeks out 1. with a quick mention of ” hey gotta check my new location. Add a pic. 2. who wants grab some food and drinks in couple of weeks. Bring a friend! Hardest part” The OFFER) this is where people get lost, remember The Offer is for them, whats going to benefit them 1st. Most people offer what they want, come out and learn about short sales. Valuable but… how about ” You have to meet my friend “ABC” she is amazing she just helped 3 families last month get out of a crazy situation and make some extra $$$$” Be clear on what you want. You want to build your list. Add value and if you stay in contact consistently, YOU will bring in a ton of business.
Ok so 1200 friends, %20 respond = 240 people of that may 10-15% actually show!
WOW 50 people and some friends… Mix, mingle, introduce, add value, stay in contact, and make some money enjoying the process. ALmost forgot.. This is only the 1st time.. as you add value your list will GROW and and more and more buyers will come to .. All for practically nothing but a little bit of your time and most important, YOU BEING YOU!!! You will have a deep rooted connection and it will continuously grow.

Creating IPhone like MadNESS
Recession MY ASS!
DID you see the crazy lines to be the 1st to get an Iphone 4. 1000′s upon 1000′s of people in cities across the country, all of which are supposedly experiencing a great recession. 600,000 Preorders the week before its release, YES… Preorders, 10(X) the amount of the previous Iphone release.
If we are experiencing a recession then how in the Hell are people able to throw down anywhere from $200 to over $700 hundred dollars for the new Iphone, not to mention what people are paying for the old Iphones on auction sites.
SO How DO YOU duplicate what has been created??? Lets look at it.. How would you like to be able to to release new products and services, that people are waiting to literally throw their $$$ at! Time and time again.
1st lets take a look at the marketing and creating Value to create BUZZ. V+M=B which = ($$$ over and over)
the Apple marketing is such that everyone from an 8 year old to an 98 year old can use. They do an amazing Job with their commercials showing all family members using it and making it look simple, and it is pretty simple. Look at the Droid which may be a better phone I’m not comparing phones, I’m looking at marketing. The Droid looks like you have to be Neo from the Matrix movie to use it. If you are a techy then you will be geeked out of your mind with it. In my opinion they are missing a huge portion of potential users. WHY because of poor marketing.
Do you have a product that adds VALUE???????? of course You do or why would you be doing it. Now the communication dance begins, You don’t go in for the “Kill” or “close” You wont need to, they will already be wanting what you have so bad they will preorder.
You add Consistent Value, CONSISTENT Value around your product, as well as THE relatability factor. Dont be afraid to show the real YOU in your marketing it helps people to relate to you.
Most people only add value for awhile, then they move on and lose out on thousands of dollars a year.
Now your intentions are defined to add value, create a consistent interaction with your clients and potential clients. When its time for your new service, product etc… People are open to hear about it and depending on the Value given, They will be anticipating with open wallets to get what it is you have to offer. You can create amazing BUZZ with even an email, social media etc… As long as you have been consistent in adding REAL Value, creating a track record of a useful products. You can see how you too can have 100′s of 1000′s of preorders for your future product. Start Now and look out with each year more and more abundant sales and relationships all while doing what you love.. Some of the biggest launches even on a smaller scale start with giving away great Value to really help people in their businesses, with a few short weeks of adding value they launch a product that digs even deeper into that particular niche, and these launches make 5 million or more in their 1st week.. YES Million $$$

Consistency Vs Insanity
Consistency: Doing something over and over again with a desired result in mind.
Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.
I thought this was interesting because as an entrepreneur we do see things differently. For example, consistent action modeled after success then is only measured by time in duration. In other words everyone can climb to the TOP, but at their own pace. “Run your own race”. I think finding and choosing wisely who you model “Your business plan” after is a huge KEY. This applies for any industry and every business out there. I heard one of the TOP most sought after entrepreneurs say the other day “failure is a guarantee in business” Yet it’s those knock downs that help us tweak our situation and make success that much more meaningful. It’s funny to see things changing all around us and yet we want to have blinders on. I remember a few years ago talking with a realtor and she said she could never see the market dropping.. I was blown away as I wanted to believe her, I also knew that was impossible.
……………..We create our own reality and the people who are succeeding right now are having to “tweak” their actions just enough to jump on the huge opportunities around them. If you have been in business around me you most likely have heard the “fly against the window” story.. How if the Fly could tweak its thought process just a little it would effortlessly fly 2 feet to the left and out the door to freedom. I think it best explained if you read if for yourself though.. Check out Price Pritchett You2 (you squared) its a quick read with only 30 pages. But wow! How to make a quantum leap in your business.. rather then go insane doing what you used to work don’t be afraid to fail once again to find where you need to tweak to become even greater and release the genius inside of you.

I remember my Dad saying as a kid “the most successful people hang around people better then they are” It’s so TRUE. You have to allow your expertise be yours, and let GO of the rest.. Everyone has there own genius inside and specialty way of doing things (code for you like it done your way). So let the specilist be your speciallist and free up your time with what you are great at. I like to call these people the professors in their industry. I wanted to introduce you to one of those Specialist.. This was pretty cool, and being a proud son I had to share.. My mom took a chance all on her own with something she had heard or read… She made the front page of the site and they are now taking votes for a “fabulous after 40″ contest. Mom looks 40 but believe it or not she’s almost 60.. Gotta check out my Hot Mom and VOTE!!!!

The bumpy Road
So as my 1st attempt at actually putting this all out to you, has been a little bumpy. The muddy water is getting clearer..YES I’m still sending out emails to clean up some database stuff, along with broken links &
bad URL’s etc.. wrong pages, Oh I already said ”ETC”…. You get the idea.. So thanks for hangin in while I work out the kinks..
